Ingredients:
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 quart of oil for cooking
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
1. Mix egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make a liquid mixture.
2. Mix flour, bread crumbs, and baking powder to make a dry mixture.
3. Take chicken pieces and first dip in the liquid mixture, then the dry mixture.
4. Do step 3 twice for each piece so the chicken is double coated.
5. Heat up a pan with oil on medium heat. Place chicken in the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes and then flip the chicken to the other side, letting it cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Arrange the chicken on a plate, and sprinkle the lemon juice on top.
7. Enjoy!!
